Lauren Cohan, also known as Maggie from The Walking Dead might very well be one of the most underrated actresses in the game today. And this may very well be her big break. The Last House On The Left for Jennifer Lawrence if you will. It seems like the path to stardom for actresses these days, is they have to do a convincing low budget horror film that at the very least is entertaining. Although she has enough exposure from TWD, she hasn't picked up a whole lot of momentum, and with TWD's ratings dropping, this might be exactly what she needs.

The movie is about a young woman named Greta, who is hired to fly out to England to look over a old couple's son while they are on holiday. The only issue is that the old couples son, is a doll named Brahms. The old couple have a very strict policy with their son that Greta must follow, but when they leave, Greta does not follow it, and the causes some really spooky things to ensue with Greta and Brahms. Soon Greta finds herself on the brink of insanity, almost acting like the old couple. The only thing that is keeping her completely from going crazy, after having the baggage from her hometown and now this spirit, is a man named Malcom who knows the very dark history behind Brahms. (I won't go into detail any more because I don't want to ruin the film for whoever is reading)

Originally, I thought this was going to be some sort of weird rip off of the Annabelle films. But this movie achieves way more than both of the Annabelle films were able to achieve. The story line is completely unique. Almost like a crossover between Friday the 13th and Annabelle. If your wondering how the fuck can you cross those two movies over, just watch the film.
